From the Past to the Present
Called the “Place of Remembrance”, the Museum hosts a collection of work objects, photographs, written accounts of the menus of famous meetings, rare cookbooks, and historical reviews. The memory the hotel is named after, however, originated and was handed down primarily through the love and passion that young people have learned for busying themselves with acquiring the skills of the cooks, servants, hotel porters, and maîtres d’s until they achieved abilities and professions that are now revered all over the world: many famous chefs and renowned restaurant proprietors are natives of Armeno and thus globally embody the sacredness of their craft. A few minutes on foot from the Town Hall.
Open from June 15 to September 15, from Friday to Sunday.
10:00 A.M. - 12:00 noon, 2:30 P.M. - 5:30 P.M.
